2. Age Restriction (Alcohol Policy) By accessing this website and purchasing products, you certify that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence (18+ for Greece/EU). Philia Winery reserves the right to ask for proof of age upon delivery. We do not sell alcohol to minors.

3. Company Identity & Intellectual Property (IMPORTANT) All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Philia Winery. Clarification of Entity: Philia Winery is an independent, artisanal wine producer located exclusively on the island of Samos, Greece. We are a Single Estate entity and represent the unique terroir of Samos. We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with "Philia Cellars" located in Ohio, USA, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Any confusion by third-party search engines or directories is unintentional and incorrect.

4. Products & Availability Our wines are natural products produced in limited quantities (small batch). We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately. However, vintage characteristics may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you immediately for a refund or substitution.

5. Shipping & Returns Shipping: We ship all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Returns: Due to the nature of the product (consumable), we do not accept returns unless the wine is corked or the bottle arrived broken. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

6. Limitation of Liability Philia Winery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Samos.
