Perhaps the greatest reward in our craft—when working with both love and knowledge—is witnessing a creation resonate so deeply that it leaves a lingering desire for more.
Now, we only need patience. We wait for the Greek Connection 2018 to reach full maturity. This waiting period allows the wine's vibrant acidity and chaotic energy—the result of its spontaneous fermentation—to settle into harmony. Until then, we let the verses of our friend and poet, Ioannis Argiris, describe the tasting experience. Because sometimes, a wine is pure poetry.

A circus in crescendo of joy
Part from the eyes it reaches the mouth unveils white teeth Raise your arms to the sky he moves his feet the pelvis rotates Lift the body raises the soul to infinity to meet the sun With pirouettes and jumps slowly blur on the horizon The glass is now empty

Τhe glass is now empty, yet the memory remains vivid. The fertile, rich land of Samos has poured its essence into my glass. Here, earth, sea, and sky conspire to create a wild and beautiful sculpture. Its taste is a constellation of stars, oxygen, and the Mediterranean breeze. It reveals a yellow, golden ripeness, adorned with spice and dried fruit. A wine of deep breathing, tight structure, and intense character—perfectly balanced
